School Tube
The school answer to Youtube. An online video sharing site for students and teachers. Its has a wide range of educational videos and content for several different subject areas.
TED Talks
Another great video based resource. TED has presentations on a huge amount of topics and it's also entertaining. Great for teachers in the classroom, in addition to an assignment or for student projects.
Internet Public Library or IPL for Teens
A great resource for general research and information on a variety of topics. There is also the great feature of "Ask a Librarian" for any questions you may have. Highly recommend!
Teach with Movies
A free resource for teachers that provides lesson plans for my many different core subjects to incorporate film and learning. Definitely worth checking out!

A free educational resource catalog where you can find standard aligned videos and playlists for students and individual classes.

An online video component website. Teachers can create online lessons for students, create questions based on a course and a multitude of other amazing educational features.

Provides great and free learning tools for a variety core subjects and other educational topics. A fantastic resource for students to increase knowledge in an easy to use online platform.
